Atra is a free page built by Ka Vatana, founder of CHNAI LAB, in Phnom Penh. This is version 1. It has no
account, no payment and no advertising, and it keeps nothing of yours on a server.
What it keeps
The pair of currencies you chose, the amount you typed, your language and the days of rates the page has read
are kept in your own browser, so the page opens quickly and opens with no connection.
What it does not do
No account. It does not ask for a name, a phone number or an email address.
No cookies, no trackers and no advertising.
The amount you type is sent nowhere. The arithmetic is done on your own device.
Where the rates come from
To get the rates, your browser asks for each day's file directly from the two public hosts of the currency-api
dataset, jsDelivr and Cloudflare Pages. They see your IP address and the day asked for. They do not see the
amount or the pair you chose, and the request does not pass through any server of ours.
The company that hosts the page
The page is hosted on Vercel. As with any website, when you open the page the host sees your IP address and
your browser type in order to deliver it. We make no use of that data.
